Yay! My dad finally gave in and got me a scanner~ 
Anyways, this is Kiku-chan(Kikuno Nekogami) from Koge Donbo's awesome manga Yoki Koto Kiku!
By the way, anyone know how to fill in areas with black so they're not all messy like in this drawing? *glares at art teacher* WHY AREN'T YOU DOING YOUR JOB?!!!!

Edit: I replaced the scan cuz the first one didn't come out too great n_nU
And please ignore the deformed right eye ^^
